- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They have missed diagnosed and thrown continuity of care in regards to my 86yr old mother out the window. They refuse to read a chart [lymphoma], you only see a nurse [his son], refuse a team approach with Moffit Cancer Center, refuse to fax diagnostic reports to Moffit and refer out to useless other specialties. To date my Mothers severe limb swelling has gone untreated by this group, no diagnosis made, no follow up and they admit to NOT knowing/reading her Lymphoma DX [side effect edema]. They correspond with Overman via email. However the Office Manager stated today his son [rn] and she has NO email! Also all questions must be answered in person, unnecessarily billing Medicare for an office visit, rather then creating a referral or simply them calling the Oncologist! Beware if you have NO healthcare experience, no research technology, this practice will drain you dry, waste your time & your loved ones will receive substandard careNovember 29, 2016by Colette Navarro-Evans
