- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. The tellers and managers are OK, but after 8 years of trying to get them to stop sending me paper statements, I gave up. To add insult to injury they started stealing $3 a month from my account to pay for a paper statement. Every month I had to call and have them remove it. After writing my third letter to them complaining and insulting their incompetence, they canceled my account. That was easier for them than fixing the problem.December 16, 2016by Jon Dough
